I know Intel is expected to bring wage growth but can we really rely on that as fact?

@Doug Davis I believe its helpful to understand the criteria you rely upon.

But standard contracts in my area state that buyer is not relying on stated square footage.

I am an out of state investor, so I relied on my ex-property manager to do their job, however they were gross negligent.

Relying on general square foot pricing is a primary culprit.

It's why I stress to not rely on historicals, it's very rarely going to tell you what it's going to do.

You have broke college kids who are relying on financial aid to pay their rent.

Your business and success will rely on your property’s reviews.

This is in contrast to vacation markets, which rely on travelers spending discretionally.
