Can anyone recommend a broker and/or real estate lawyer who could help set up a seller financing agreement for a single family home in Rapid City?

There are several pockets of the city that offer tax incentives, as well as some rapid development immediately surrounding down town that is pushing rents and price appreciation in a very promising way. 

Is there any other way to rapidly build enough credit for a FHA loan to househack a property?

Looking into a deal on a house built in 1899. 3 bed 1.5 bath for $155,000, tons of value add potential, and right in the middle of a rapidly growing western Colorado neighborhood.

This is a problem because in working with traditional renters, the process to identify and qualify a tenant can be fairly rapid, and if the property is well priced for the market, the landlord may have a surplus of tenants to choose from.

I’m wondering if there are any brokers in the Grand Rapids MI area willing to hang my real estate agent license?
