I cant figure out how to place a profile picture.

I’ve thought about creating a website to showcase their properties, I currently use a google sheet that my investors helped me create, but I know a lot of people use investor carrot.Anyone have any ideas on how to best profile your properties, and as an investor-what’s missing from your agent? 

I just received an email that I was granted another award, and I guess it shows up on my profile, but does it have any value besides knowing that someone is an active member of BP?

Its tough to give a spot on answer as I don't know your credit profile, terms of the loan etc, but a 6% interest rate for a non owner occupied property may not be too expensive.

If you keep a low profile you'll be able to get away with 4 people.The vacancy rate seems a little low for a rooming house.
