CA did add 464k jobs last year so by far the most in the US (about as much as the next biggest two states combined) and on a percentage basis, we have been outperforming the rest of the US for quite a few years now.

Obviously the lower the price the higher the ROI and cash flow may seem on paper but in all reality the more expensive home with less cash flow and ROI will out perform them almost every time.

There is no winning the cash flow mid west debate and the SF Bay area appreciation game.Unless you have lots of cash and credit so you can buy 20 to 50 homes in the MId west and manage them like a hawk,,, One or two homes in SF will out perform those in the long run over time...
