Lonnie frequently used a nominal interest rate of 12.75% (this was back in the 1990s) but for these type of transactions its irrelevant since the purchase price can be adjusted accordingly.

I think the easiest is a drivers license, though, even that wouldn't be 100% effective as scammers could fake it.We would never guarantee the identities of anyone - doing your due diligence would still be your responsibility - but, I think it would weed out a ton of the riff-raff . . .As for verifying funds and the rest of what you were talking about . . . we've been talking about that as well.Perhaps I should rephrase all the questions into one simple one:Would you be willing to supply BP with a valid drivers license and a nominal fee in order to verify that you are who you say you are?

Or simply the energy saving cost, the production value: my PV array produces 3600KWh on average annually, it should have at least 20 years left on nominal production, so on a straight line it would save $7,2K at a minimum, or considering the historical energy prices inflation with PSE of 10%, that would equate 21K.
