Western University opened up in 2011 invited a large amount of medical students and other health services. the growth started a bit slow but seeing the success of the university and its efforts to expand investors are flocking this town.There are many more things going on in more towns but this post has gotten too long and I will leave the rest for another post.

I didn't rent to Person X because they weren't COVID vaccinated and it was a bigger financial risk to me.I didn't rent to Person X because they have cancer and it was a bigger financial risk to me.I didn't rent to Person X because they were pregnant and it was a bigger financial risk to me.Notice a pattern there with regards to making illegal decisions based on the medical condition of the renter?

(Lonell, you did mention there was not a 'living will' -probably you meant a will for her property, -a living willing controls what medical procedures she wants in the event she is alive but unable to direct her own healthcare)   If there is no will then your Great Aunt died 'intestate', or without a will.
