Also if you know the census tract # of the property, then there is an IRS or US Treasury web site which has a list of all the OZ census tracts - it's downloadable into a spreadsheet. 

The nice thing about working with a distressed property agent (VS a distressed wholesaler) is the price isn't set in stone - you'd be more of a matchmaker who connects distressed sellers with buyers who are cool with distressed properties = price flexibility on the property.

Incase anyone does look this up in the future here's what I did to resolve this.I used a web parser to extract all the addresses in the state for 2 different competing tenants.

Hey Leonel,Check with the City or County depending on where you live and ask for properties that are tax delinquent and also bank foreclosures on the web.

The lack of web/mobile has been bugging me since I have to be at my PC or Remote into it to do updates.I also use Tellus which is free but the lack of web (it is iOS/Android only) bugs me too, as it makes document management a pain and hurts with older folks that may not be on a device to download there app (which means no request/billing communication).

I’ll do that in addition to working with an agent. sounds like my best bet as most of my time is spent at my day job (web developer).
