I’m literally going through this with PenFed this week on my rental.

I literally just started in the past week reading up on it.  

I literally counted 4 errors in the two sentences above. 

It literally turned my world upside down and helped me to take action in my financial life.

Literally my only issue with living in this house is the section 8 neighbor…I got the Mayor to send some people down to police the place and they calmed down but I had a house under contract right before that happened and ended up moving anyways.TL;DR: Should I shell out 8K to fix the roof on a house with currently minor and fixable leaks but with a roof that needs replacing soon, or should I just move again and risk having to put up tarps if it leaks this winter (Seattle).

I was literally afraid to click on the link at work. 

Absent some special circumstances (not likely considering there is a $0 or low mortgage balance), there is literally no incentive to sell pre-auction... the auction company has a guaranteed sale and the owner knows that participation will be great because the property WILL sell on auction day.As a bidder, hope for bad weather.

It's good for me in a way as I'm able to sell some properties I've just bought for literally double, but that also means now I have tons of cash sitting on the sidelines looking for deals that are no longer there.I just bought a property downtown Houston. 

Two, they just bought the house from me and I literally just got it the day before and didn't get the chance to make hardly any repairs.

Delco has some of the best and the worst in the state and they're literally right next to each other.
