I was listening to a lot of BP podcasts and wanted to pull the trigger and start investing.

I started listening to the podcast and posting here a decade ago and it's been transformational for my life and business. 

That makes me the enemy landlord who is always trying to get every bit of their overtime check, and then they want every little detail fixed and I get high turnover.Rather, I wait for $700 to hit and say, "Listen, rents have gone way up in the past x years and I haven't touched your's because you've always been a great tenant.

I felt like a total failure but I went back to the drawing boards I spent a lot of time on YouTube I listen to a lot of experts and recently I started a new business rehabbing beat up DTC companies kind of what I did with real estate. i’m approaching about 20 to 25 companies fixed so to speak hard to say cause sometimes when you get their revs to a certain point they shut you out and go back to running it themselves had some amazing success there’s a brand called blanks by 13 for instance.
