We are looking to invest just outside of the New York area, including Jersey City, Long Island, and other areas around the city and Florida (mostly the Tampa Bay area and South Florida).

A bit about me:I grew up in New Jersey, went to college at Villanova University near Philadelphia, then studied a bit outside of the US in Italy, Shanghai and Switzerland, ultimately ending up in Geneva, Switzerland.

I am looking for wholesalers that target monmouth and ocean county for distressed properties  (rehabs, estate, shortsale, etc) for deals they come across.  I am also looking for recommendations for GC and property man...

I am currently looking into the South Jersey or Jersey shore market at this time (as I grew up there and my family still lives there) but am definitely opened up to looking elsewhere!

I read a lot of books on real estate investing and what youtube videos all day on strategies to reaching my goal by I want to hear from the bigger pockets community whats the step for a new investor and what strategy is best for the inexperience real estate agent from New Jersey!

So I'm wondering if there are any New Jersey mobile home investors out there who might know the solution for my problem.

Good morning All, I am currently located in the greater NYC North Jersey market and I am looking to close on my first multifamily rental property within the next 3 months.

Can anyone in New Jersey refer me to an escrow company that does allow assignments and double closes?
