I'd rather do that and get a bad PM every 10 deals (which if you screen and interview well enough this shouldn't be that big an issue) than to work my tail off for 2 deals that I have to landlord myself.

She really liked the house, and she brought her mother along on the interview ect..I thought I was doing a nice deed by renting to her.

I got a response and was told to come to an "interview" with the other investors from their office.So they were nice people, and I enjoyed the presentation, until they got to the real point of the presentation.

Interview several attorney's and remember they are working for you, not the other way around.

I would start interviewing new property managers.

Just remember to interview a lot of folks and "fire" the bad eggs as soon as they don't perform for you.

Judson just interviewed a student last week that had attended the course and he told how he had put the information to work and is really charging ahead with deals and working with the local governments to get backing from them.
