Chickens, goats, I would notice those too--but I would not send in a spy.Best scenario in my option would be to try for a pet deposit--and the unit still might turn because she no longer trusts you.Seriously, going to court over a kitty cat (no matter what charges she brings) it's over a kitty cat--could cost you plenty.And in my experience, fixed cats are not such a problem indoors as unfixed cats.PM could have posted a notice we will be entering in 2 days between 9:00am and 4:30pm for your requested pest remediation (or something like that)--that way there is no misunderstanding.Good Luck!

. $20k-$30k sounds a bit high for a 2 bed, but every scenario is different, if you have very high value amenities (movie theatre, amazing views, indoor pool, etc.) you may be able to hit those numbers, but you would really have to stick out as one of the best listings in the area.If you can get up to the $700k-$800k range in the Smokies you should be able to find a nice 3 or 4 bed, maybe even with a view.
