You had auctioned pre-foreclosures home from WI before, my question is that should I always do title search for all properties I will bid at the auction or can I assumed all other liens beside the lien that foreclosed the property is cleared already by the time the auction is happening?

A lender is not going to be eager to loan on a property to an individual who isn't on deed (one of the complications of sub 2 dealing with title insurance not IRS).

You also have to have a system in place to vet your guest (which Airbnb doesn't do anyway - all they do is "verify" their identity), create a lease agreement, accept deposits and payments and issue refunds of deposits.

I thought we would just go to the title company and get the deed on my name but a title company I called they said I dont do anything at title company and I’d have to go to the real estate attorney and they would help me do it.

I'm not trying to rip into the work and expense you've done, but for not much more per night, I can get something really great with more bedrooms across the street in Championsgate, Windsor or Solara.I'll jump in about the grill too, that's way too much, especially since your title says "Pool & BBQ", but I have to spend extra to get the BBQ part.

It is part art and part science.Many of our rental properties are almost identical down to the finishes and cabinets (and in the same suburbs of Milwaukee) and I get a 10% swing on appraisals - at least 5% in either direction.
