I want to be able to do something bigger than myself that can leave a lasting impression on humanity before my time is up, something that can transcend my lifetime and do good for others for years to come.As for the avenue or niche/strategy I think would work best for me?

All 15 are exactly the same, they look like the habitat for humanity houses. 

Ask your lawyer what you should do about that, I might be calling Health & Human Service if it was me.  

There are products that go over the knobs to a gas stove that require a human adult operator. 

We do a good job of compiling voluntary liens (mortgages), but we don't currently track involuntary liens (IRS, judgements, etc), and since our systems build title history on tens of millions of properties, no human has verified their accuracy, and we certainly do not guarantee it. 

Task priority should always go to tending to offers/counters, etc. as soon as humanly possible.

(I'd call it "Living With Humans."

The #1 reason behind % based pricing is human nature and self interest.  

If you're student loans are getting in the way of your goals, I'd either double up on payments and try to get out of them as soon as humanly possible, or invest on a property that cashflowed in a way that would allow me to pay them them sooner.  

They've been with me 4 years now.Point - They don't expect much - Just a landlord that treats them like a human and not a slum lord.
