I am considering buying a Dollar General store.  

I own a liquor store, and the commercial property it operates in as well. 

I have no store or office space, it's just someone writing me a check.Does a city even have a way to discover I received this referral fee from someone?

If there is a possible better option than audible or the BP store please let me know, or give me an opinion on which of the two options are better, thanks!

I'll try to answer the key ones.Private Money Lender - since they are "private" most don't have a store front or a web page. 

Tree issues, mold etc likely present at the time pf purchase, so if you didn't do inspections on these properties make sure you do them on the next ones so you'll know what you've got in store in the near future.The tenants are complaining.

Honey Bees are not killed by wasp spray and typically stores are not allowed to sell chemical to kill honey bees as there is an issue with their survival.

You have to find tenants and store your belongings.
