Even though I have a lot of experince in buy and hold, the wholesaling end of it is what I seek to do now....After looking around, I found Erics Courses and videos had a lot of current info from someone who is doing the biz....I also liked the cheaper price tag...Like the other guy said, its all directly relevant to getting started in wholesaling....if you dont make a deal after buying his course, you may have forgotten to get off the couch....there is no success without action

If you have a portfolio of a dozen rental, or even three or four, that are subject to's, its going to be difficult to have a massive refi all at once.If you do have a subject to deal called and you can't pay it off or refi, I think sellers, who may have forgotten all about the deal, will start suing.Short term, like for a fix and flip, I think this is an acceptable strategy.

:)Those who got a real estate license passed a test showing competence, much of that is forgotten especially if they are not very active.Saying that an RE education isn't necessary to invest in RE is rather strange, the thing about knowledge is that is stored information, it doesn't come up unless it's needed.
