Sooo many football games.

I do have a lot of experience on another message board, except it's a college football one, Go Big Red! 

Trying to raise my prices in VRBO around some football games.

I just need a slight lull in Teeball, Softball, Girl Scouts, soccer, and hockey.@?

The Rams moving in and the football stadium itself mean pretty little IMHO (as much as I like it as a child Rams fan). 

There's the University of Texas, the Capitol, 6th street, live music, rivers, lakes, good restaurants and plenty more.That weekend UT football will be playing away which is helpful in that traffic won't be as bad and hotels won't jack up their rates as if they were here.

Hello MikeDo you have family here in Lincoln or were you planning to move back here, or could it be the Nebraska football games : ) here that you want easier access too?

I agree with you; much like football players who go crazy when scoring a touchdown, these folks should "act like they've been there before".

Similar to when a football coach tells his players to "remember this feeling" after a big loss so they can assure it won't happen again, remember the feeling of having to pay rent and be sure that in your (hopefully near) future you can transition to the other side of things as a landlord and escape the tenant life.I think for now you need a serious look at your situation. 

@Jon Lee my buddy called me the other day and said the hot ticket is a house in Vegas for rentals because of the new football team coming in.
