you've got a job, and kids, bills and a life - so it can be tough to manage. but if you want to become a real estate investor/businessman - then you have to put aside time EVERYDAY, (cept Sundays - God rested that day too...and FOOTBALL'S ON - GIANTS SUCK!!!...

I have a friend who owns a VRBO in Fayetteville, AR (home of the University of Arkansas) and his breaks even during football and graduation season. 

And also consider a market that can support major sports teams that have a loyal following, like a hockey team, basketball team, football team, tourist attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

I'd suggest doing them now before Buckeye football starts :)I did the Saturday/Sunday combo and was done in like 4 weeks.

Bill is a combination of Uncle Rico - "When I was your age I could throw a football over that mountain." - and the old man that shakes his cane at kids to get them off of his lawn.

We have a great college football team, a bunch of breweries, appreciating homes, positive job growth, a rapidly increasing population and a strong rental market.

I have found that there is a lot of potential in LV in the next 10 years of so because of the football team moving there and the college is expanding. 

I came to Tampa to play college football for USF.

By the end of the baseball or football season, I'm burned out.
