@Jordan Beckett I run a YouTube channel focusing on different methods of investing and made a video on Feb 25th about a house I had seen in Roseburg for ~44k surrounding houses are 100k+, talked about rehab costs and such looking ~25-30k and reappraising above 100k afterwards.  

@Richard Naimy I have some episodes on my channel on YouTube (Luke Chung) that gives my advice on how to look for properties and what markets. 

I will be doing a vlog in a few weeks on my YouTube channel on how I convinced the seller to accept these terms.

Kick each if your STR platform calendars into a common Google calendar and let that be the determinant for availability for each of the channels where you can control the sync/update speed you need.

I subscribe to several wholesale company's lists and the majority of the deals I've seen that come through those channels are very lean... especially if you're looking to do a cosmetic rehab. 

I've developed my own system, that involves the following:1 - The 3 Pillars (mine) of REI...Market Analysis, How Money Works, and Developing a REI Plan...and how all three are equally important, and must work as one.2 - My REcapS System (a system within a system) that is a 3 Level circular (perfect) system where Level 1 feeds Level 2, which feeds Level 3, which comes back and feeds Level 1 again (thus the circle, or perfect system).
