The For Sale is your Entrance into that market, and the other two are your exits...and when I say "entrance and exits" I'm referring to your cash...not you. 

One options for lower entrance costs, yet wonderful area with excellent tenants is Temecula or Murrieta, CA. 

Eachbunit has its own bath, kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, hvac systems and both have 2 entrances.

The restaurant is in front of the park with both sides of the restaurant entrancances to the mobile home park.

The main conversion is done with an added separate entrance for the 2nd unit and a detached garage and now we are in the fine details stage going for aesthetics and curb appeal.

It’s also a good idea to install at least one exterior camera at the entrance to your property so you can discover if/when a party is about to break loose!

The basement is 1,000 sqft, unfinished, but I plan on finishing it as an inlaw suite because it's got its own entrance.

At our front entrance cameras they project out over the road and across the field.

I always look for a second entrance to the house that could be used by a tenant.

@Lucero Galvan So the house we’re in is kind of unique because there are no stairs in the inside, so the basement has its own entrance and is totally separate from the upper level where we live.
