next  Thread will be turning the dog house into a discount air bnb 

*One is section 8 and has become a hoarder and gets frequent fines from the HOA for items left outside (two partners don't care because the rent is always paid) * One is a tenant of almost 2years who pays on time, cares for the inside of the home but has suddenly stopped caring for the exterior, and appears to have moved in a dog and a boyfriend but denies both.

Im wondering if it is going to be like this everywhere and I’m hoping that a kind soul might be able to throw us a lead on a good place in a safe neighborhood for 2+ bedroom 2k/mo or less and we do have a 11lb poodle mix dog.

If you need to build up cash, there are a few things you can do including: finding deals for other real estate investors (i.e. wholesaling, bird-dogging, etc), saving money every month from your job and/or having a side business to build up capital. 

Investing will magnify current habits and behaviors. 

I'm generally in the No Pet side, but the yard lends itself to outside dogs (fenced in plus fenced kennel).

Never could figure out why folks would go to all the trouble to chase these deals down.. go get their cashiers checks and then simply could not be to the sale on time... and especially in our market were competition is dog tough and not that many deals go 3p anymore.. 

All four of our homes are rented by families with a dog.

We have dogs and I wanted a pool and a big backyard.
