In my mind if there is a broad market disruption we are all losing money, regardless of what you hold, but if there is a broad market disruption, liquidity will be king.

This being much smaller would probably get ~$1000/month as a candid number.The way the property is positioned I don't think the back home would be too disruptive to the front home...the home is in Charlotte Park which is becoming more and more common to see a "flag lot".
