I just don't see any reason to mention this stuff again, I'd think everyone has had plenty of time to read these Acts in their entirety, digest them, read forum posts, seek  legal opinions and have compliance reviews by qualified persons.

You could just hit them with the new lease at once, but I find it easier to send a summary letter first so they can easily digest the changes coming. 4) Some landlords will say always deliver your leases in person and some say electronic is fine.
