PLEASE PEOPLE STOP SAYING THIS.This is not only dumb it is dangerous, and here is why...If I climb on a horse and I fall off, and climb on that horse again and keep falling off and again and again and again WITHOUT changing ANYTHING... it is friggin time you realize that you are doing something wrong.

I would not invest in any location where the population is stagnant or declining.Crime - People and companies will not move to locations perceived as dangerous.

If the tree was otherwise healthy and you had no reason to believe it to be dangerous, then it is not likely you could be held liable.

But with the answers I have received from those services that I investigated, I would never know if it was worth it or not, based upon the lack of substance that was presented to me upon initial contact.I also found that many of the people singing the praises of particular coaching services tend to be the ones working for them, which to me lessens credibility IMHO. 

If they were warned in writing  an after reinspected in 7 days an nothing changed ,still many wiring violations,can i evict them w 15 day notice for not conforming to NEC code an local building safety/ fire laws.I own the unit beside them also which is in danger if there is fire .last week the microwave smoked or short circuited due to their negligence w overloading.I then sited an gave warnings on th he many violations..I want them out as soon an legally as allowed by law.There is noncompliance.Thanks

Better protection is an arc-fault breaker, because arcing from missing insulation is one of the dangers of K&T.As for insulating, obviously anything that looks like it is loose or coming apart I would re-wrap with good quality electrical tape (electricity off, of course, when you do this) but beyond that you want to keep combustibles away from the wiring.
