They are both healthy and don't appear to be doing any damage to the house other than maybe dropping leaves and twigs every now and then.  

Properties with poor data privacy practices represent a risk, both in terms of fines and reputation damage.

Many mid term travelers are families relocating to the area, displaced families (homes have had water or fire damage, or are undergoing extensive renovations, eg), international business travelers, families from out of state visiting their family here for a few months...all types.

The house was broken into with no damage twice.  

Include a fine for violations, additional fees for mitigating smoke damage (including odors), and whatever else is needed.

The community is where the value is - not that the knowledge and legal docs aren't important cause they are.

Even though I am up around $700k, I would have passed on this purchase and found different candidate property if I knew it would cause an issue. 

You rarely see people come into the triangle area cause the RTP(no pun intended) just isn't strong.
