So with that our #1 remedy action has been to present tenant with a cash-4-keys option with the "information" (NOT threat) that "if" we can not reach a mutual agreement in cash-4-keys the landlord will be left with no other option than exercising last remaining remedy of civil suite for owed monies, legal costs and damages from breach of contract, receive and file judgement, and then all the following from that such as: judgement affect on credit report, wage garnishment, inability to receive loans or other housing due to impacts of judgement on record.

That would be when conditions exist where sufficient notice is given, like a hurricane, but I don't see any claim made with respect to a more sudden occurance such as a fire or tornado where a threat may appear in minutes.Larger projects should have an emergency evacuation plan and security methods to secure a property after any disaster.

Make sure that you leave a message that says if the stuff isn't removed or if you're not given written permission to dispose of it, you will end up having to file eviction - sort of a threat, but not totally untrue either.

For anyone to hold the President accountable in the future they will need to allow him to lead, you can't obstruct and refuse to work with somone and then blame them for the outcome as has been the case.Ben, I have no idea where you get a free cell phone, I know some organizations give older phones away that can only be used for emergency calls, they are given to those who are under a higher threat level in domestic relationships.

She could call and report the threat to harm her and seek a restraining order. 2 different issues-- an eviction that's a property manager/landlord issue, and a physical threat that's a crime.
