INSTEAD we ended up spending HOURS on the phone with EVOLVE over multiple failures to deliver, incidents with destructive rowdy underaged guests, and now EXTORTED FEES for cutting bait.

I made the mistake of buying a place in a less desirable cut-de-sac and I had nothing but trouble renting it out.3.

I’m surprised Affirm would be involved.The cost is worth $499.00, maybe $999 if they would invest in adding more value…having a FB community is not a value add.I was expecting the material to be cutting edge & disruptive to traditional whole selling - silly me.$11K for sign in credentials to a digital product with some videos talking about the obvious is not cutting edge or disruptive…it’s just wrong.

Unfortunately, builders and contractors make mistakes all the time through human error, cutting corners, or hiring the wrong subcontractors for the job.

The centralized management does cut returns. 

Dirt road wont cut it.. you will need at the very least gravel and depending on soil type you may need to put down big rock first like 3 inch then build a base of 1 inch minus on top of it so you dont sink. 

If not, then it's under the tile.The only way to deal with the walls is to cut them open, dry them out, disinfect them, and then rebuild.

Are you an aviation engineer and your company just lost its next contract.Do you work in an assembly line making wash machines and they outsource to China.Are you a concrete worker and get laid off since construction has cut back.On this forum the question is how is your REI moving forward.  

That could be cutting a check or providing a place to stay.
