One day I was visiting him at his place on the water there and it was rent collection day.. you talk old school.. tenants had to have their rent in an envelope pinned to the front door.. we spent 2 hours before lunch driving to all these crap properties picking up all these envelopes.. the front doors looked like pin cushions from all the rents stuck to the doors over the years...

be honest now...for a split second you were about to crap your pants.

You can't do anything about the noisy neighbors, that kind of crap is always going to be an issue somewhere.

I trolled Bigger Pockets reading a whole crap load of information and trying to "Figure" out exactly what my first BIG move should be?

Aaron they don't give a crap about what you think will make you the most money.

I have a stack of paperwork on my work desk about 4in high of all the crap I had to sign and send them... then after it was finally sent to the underwriter my signatures were out of date... so print them off sign and scan them back... for 60 days.... was a headache.

Unless the market is absolute crap..which at that point, you need to ask yourself if it is a good idea to invest in  a crap market it might be, it might not be.
