I'm not saying you can't ask for it, but in a practical sense it likely doesn't matter on most small sales. 

We're able to crank out mods regardless of weather, have all of our inspections scheduled like clockwork, and control the timing of production with the site work.

The ambition is great to scale fast, but you can treat the smaller deals as practice as you learn to scale. 

Just take what they have taught you to date and put your own team together dont rely on these companies that say they will plug you into their network.. it does not work that way. there is only so many contractors and so many props and jobs to get done. you need full control of your OWN team. 

What works well for me and my investors is Launch Control and Batchleads.

The good news is that in cities like Berkeley with aggressive rent control, there is always a shortage of available rental units (the rent board bureacrats constantly find ways to perpetuate the housing shortage upon which their jobs depend).

The only time we share properties we control with our brokerage is if we plan on using our brokerage services to sell the property.
