I’ve already saved you an entire gas inspection which may still fail, capturing mice and having to clean major droppings and finding the carcass of a mouse in the cabinet and now worrying about the repair of that vent/ drain pipe which I’m only doing if we can compromise how this reimbursement is going to be. ..Furthermore, in.this state licensed journeyman are to be the ones doing said work.

The thought of the work involved in perfectly articulating this difficult and personal experience in the way that would be best is too much for me to take on mentally and so the below is my compromise in an effort to produce something rather than the inevitable nothing if I continue to wait until I have the will power to make it perfect.

I don't mean to compromise my standards.

Being able to compromise is huge though, we cant always have exactly what we want. 

Without the presence of water to compromise the wood, it will take a simply immense amount of abuse without showing excessive wear.
