I'm sure there are accounting 101 and 102 classes on line, that's all you need really and your accounting bill will be less due to your proper classifications of accounts, very easy to do.

I've seen some vacant lots that are listed"08-Multi-Family-Less Than 10 Units" as land code use in the MLS, for example, but when I look up the Classification/DOR code in the county records the same property is listed "00-Vacant Residential"... so if it's classification is "Vacant Residential" will it change to the "08-Multi Family-Less than 10 units" once it's built.

There are also some different classifications of 'foreign investors' so I would clarify with whatever group you look at how they would distinguish that on their end as their interpretation guidelines might even differ from lender to lender.Good luck, happy to help where I can.
