Petscreening.com supposedly verifies that the health provider does more than charge a fee for the ESA authorization.  

If I go with Wynd, they charge $15/mo by device and they recommend one per room.

Where I’m at, if you list on Zillow, and you are priced right, you should be flooded with applicants for an affordable property… but the ‘flood’ decreases as your price point moves up.  

I just do not see any rational/benign reason for them charging so much in deposit up front considering that the house has not sold for 6+ months and I will be able to close relatively fast. 

Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).

Any details on how everyone verifies their military applicants would be great!

Obviously I would charge more for this (research shows 25% - 35% over LTR rate), and I wouldn't be furnishing the house.
