We have very good crews that work with tile and wood.  

We also changed the layout of the master bathroom to update it. 3. refinished floors, fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets, new shower, new tub, new tile work, new washer and dryer, reworked the layout.

Cheaper on the install VS other flooring choices like luxury vinyl plank and tile but far more expensive in the long run. 

Also for the ceiling, look up decorative ceiling tiles. 

I would put tile or LVP in for flooring because of the potential for water damage.

I don't think I'd want a one-4-all and would be more cost effective to have a tile guy, kitchen guy, floor guy etc.
