Don't worry about an LLC until you have a deal or two under your belt.

I would recommend following Seans podcast first and learning from all the free content he puts out ans then after you get a deal or so under your belt then buy into his courses.

Just look at posts on this site; someone asks about such and such a rip-off artist guru and suddenly there are great posts touting the quality of the education by people with... 1 post.Here is a turnkey review for you; buckle your seat belt tight because you're about to get taken for a ride.

After talking about becoming REI for the past 3 years we have decided we are going tieghten our belts and make the move 2016.

My portfolio isn't as large as most right now but I do have 170 BP podcasts under my belt.

Once you get 3 or 4 deals under your belt, you'll start taking the mystery out of it and see just how cookie cutter investing can be.Enjoy the ride.

I've also seen the difference between what I'll call a "blower upper" and an actual deal where repairs (cosmetic) make sense.
