there are many many scammers who advertise the exact same way.. 100% 100% and 4% sucks in the newbie then they go for the 500.00 app fee and then try to bleed them further until said newbie realizes there is no loan.. it works .. these bozo's will occasionally contact me on BP PM and go through their whole BS presentation..

Take it as one bad investment in your overall portfolio and start looking for properties OOS (in landlord friendly places).Try not to force anything on this property at this point, take what you can, minimize further bleed and move on.

The thought process being even if your payments go up, as long as you're not bleeding cash, you can buy more real estate which will increase your overall cash flow.
