People seriously please stop spreading complete non-sense around, because the people new to this WILL believe your crap and you are ruining their lives!

I always believe the best place to invest is where you have the most significant advantages.  

I believe I may have found a form that allows me to provide him the required information as required with a start date of "30 days from Notification"  

They believe I will do what I state because I have always done what I told them I would do.

While we do not currently have a footprint in Myrtle Beach, I believe we would look to expand there given the right opportunity. 

So it appears I am one ignoring the data, but I believe I have a good grasp of the risk and a plan to mitigate the risk.
