That washer went through two children and when they were babies I did not use disposable diapers so washing day was often...daily.   

Whenever I do do showings, I dress in my regular casual work clothes, and sometimes have  our workers do the showings-- how someone treats people that they don't think have power tells me everything I need to know. 

Similar thing happened to me with a Florida property because the home still had the original cloth wiring.

If I could rewind time or send a message to my younger self it would be "buy, buy, baby."

@Ralph DiBugnaraSelf employed for two years now but first year was during covid craziness and I had a baby so didn’t work much !!

The current tenant is worried that the abandoned tenant will come back for his things (mattress and clothes are all that he left) and then possibly steal some things while he is at work.

I want VEGAS baby !!!  

I watched the market everyday I knew my magic number and as soon as I saw this baby go live I booked the showing.

I sent a plumber over and it turns out that the tenant, in the other unit, has been putting baby wipes and tampons down the toilet and has clogged the sewer line.
