I think they were trying to save a few bucks and it caught up to them and I think that is exactly how the judge would view it.

I view a property management company as an outsourced employee, which means I should be managing them to my expectations.

You can't get inside to view the units, so you can't confirm or deny the condition of the property or it's value.If it were me, I would find a way to take control of the situation.
