I tried to set up quickbooks online, but without paying $720 a year for the ability to do class tracking, it seems like it wouldn't be as beneficial.I know there are other tools out there more geared towards real estate like xero, etc, but I'm still trying to avoid paying so much every month.Has anybody used realtyzam or rentalhero (rentalhero.io) they seem to be linked?

It certainly sets an interesting precedent as it means if you add a safe unpermitted unit today, it may be protected in the near future so that safe units are not removed from the market.

@Keaton Sheffert In my town there is a very specific set of criteria for getting either a Special Exception or a Variance for a proposed change to the zoning.

With the 2 fridges it seems set up for that. 

I have my eyes set on a plot of land near my home where there is high income and significant traffic in a rapidly growing area in Cedar Park, Texas (north of Austin). 

You are the customer and if they can’t provide the type of time needed to get you set up then you don’t need that agent.
