I'm not saying any BP investor would wrongfully evict or enter a property, but the accusation of such could be costly if you have no P/A Injury coverage as you would be fully out of pocket for defense, not to mention the actual injury.A CGL policy is a very misunderstood policy.

I've addressed many wrong accusations on this thread with no prevail. 

However, you don't want to be accused of discriminating against children and violating the Fair Housing Act.  

This gives the accused the same ability to defend as to be accused.

Why would they leave money on the table for you and, why would they expose themselves to potential litigation or accusations of wrongdoing by dealing with you directly?
