Simple touch up work, paint, landscaping, re-using the old cabinets by sanding them and staining them for a more modern and neutral look.

None of the touch ups too the few areas that I requested were done.  

For someone new, I'd make sure to do painted trim and have it painted before install so we can just caulk and touch up after install.

I will just try to complete one year and not renew due to costs of leasing, paint touchup, cleaning, and vacancy. 

Also planning to do a maintenance walk thru and deeper clean every 3-6 months where they really clean the crevices, change batteries on smart locks, touch up paint the wall dings, and other misc stuff. 

You keep it, unopened, for evidence that you made the required effort.Coordinate other needed, but normal "wear and tear" repairs and touch up as well as any additional updates you may need to get the place back on the market ASAP.

Most landlords expect to do a little bit of touch-up painting between tenants, that is simply the cost of doing business.

Keep some extra paint on hand and touch ups are pretty fast.

New to the BP community and digging around on some topics that I am interested in learning more about...about to close on a multi-family deal in Covington, KY and will be seeking some GC input on both touch-ups as well as larger rehab projects.

The window itself will probably be $150 or so, a little bit of caulk, spray foam insulation and some touch up paint (if the window trim is painted, and you can replace them in about an hour each.
