I did a few searches on BP, but didn't see this specific topic, so I thought I'd give it a try.In this world of big data and the "interwebs" I am curious of anyone knows of a search that can list all-- say 20+ unit apartment buildings that exist in a city, or region.

Also, as each of these containers needs to be shipped in individually (one per truck) that unless you're going to a local or regional supplier, the transportation costs will be substantial.I hope this helps.Scott

@Bruce Gardner, just an FYI for you or others.... if this is residential properties.We are fortunate to have found a lender in our regional market, a smallish bank that holds things in house, that gives GREAT terms.

Regional banks and credit unions are generally the best places to look, and HELOCs vary greatly by lender... it's not like the Fannie/Freddy stuff where you jump through all these hoops to shave 0.125%, it'll be easily 0.75% or more of a spread between lenders.

I invoked a FL statute forcing the bank to detail why they will not accept my power of attorney; this woke up the regional compliance officer and legal counsel but still they will not work with me.
