I was locking in loans under 3 % on Friday and  Monday but  by Tuesday the same loans were in the high 3%'s some banks were over 4%.

I called for a plumber to come by the property on a Monday and said they couldn't come until Friday.

As far as meetups and networking goes (tagging @Natalie Kolodij too plus anyone else interested), I host a meetup usually on the third Friday of each month in Charlotte when there’s not a pandemic.

Idk about you but our cancellations have been insane and with Airbnb issuing full refunds it’s not been pretty.Especially the ones that will book Friday, sat, Sunday and then cancel 1 hour before they are supposed to arrive.Or even the ones that never cancel and then the next day after they were supposed to arrive reach out to you and ask to cancelhas been a real eye opener the amount of people that don’t care how it affects owners or hosts when they block your schedules up and then don’t show up and get full refunds.good luck with your first one!
