Looking to B&H small multi family units as well as self storage.  

Hello and thank you for your contributions to BP.I’ve been immersed in the BP podcast while going to college studying civil engineering, and I can either do an engineering internship this summer, or shadow an investor.My long term goal is renting and holding mobile home parks and mini storage units, but I’d like to flip some smaller properties to get started.

This can certainly happen from raising rents and adding profit centers to the property like storage units, but it is unlikely to keep pace with the 5% to 6% long-term average level of nominal appreciation for single-family properties.Further - Multifamily properties over 4 units require commercial financing, which is less attractive.

It says it has the trip and will sync later but I think sometimes fails to sync the trip.There is no way that I am aware of to have the trip info local on your device. 

I’m using the app on my iOS device and it seems to randomly shut down so I didn’t realize that I had posted this one when I did the second one.

He currently rents the house ts below market as he utilizes it for storage. 

With your parents down the street, you could just bring your necessary items leaving seasonal clothes storage and other things at their place to limit your items needing storage to free up for the paying roommate.
