We will not work with anyone who has not been to Milwaukee and spent at least a couple days with us, so we can get on the same page on asset and neighborhood quality. 

As for Booking.com, I haven't had many bookings through that channel, and I wonder if it's due to the quality of the API connection with Hospitable.And one last question, does the owner portal work well for you with Guesty?

High price for low quality service.

My business partner and I have been speaking with a VC company that is heavily invested in NL and learned that if you purchase a building in a QOZ and hold onto it for 10 years you can avoid the capital gains.

Thank you that is also what I’m thinking but there are so many different answers some refer to financed purchasers having only 60 days to begin occupancy - as a buyer who will not need financing that is where I am finding difficulty - our agent is checking but also getting different answers - I may just call HUD and speak to someone. 

But it can be done.I only recommend investing if you can find a quality property manager, one with at least ten years experience managing hundreds of rentals and really good reputation.

You will probably hear from my husband, John as he's taking the lead in speaking with lenders.

We have no idea how many did speak with agents and agents said don't do it and still they purchased.
