One is in Corn Hill, very high end, and usually rents to professionals in town on business, looking for a more comfortable alternative to a hotel.

I can tell you that I personally have done a mixture.

Rents in the $800-1100 range.Many investors here diversify their portfolio with a mixture of both B and C class SFH properties. 

You'll often times see a mixture of multiple plumbing types in a single home, as various parts have been repaired or upgraded over the course of the years.

I found one roofing company that has all 5 star reviews and will use top end Owens Corning shingles with 5 years labor, for 8K, everything included.

I'd check Craigslist or similar to see if anyone in your area is offering this and the going rate. i like to use a mixture of 1/2 bleach and 1/2 water to clean siding.

That was a mixture of Knob and tube, BX and Romex (fire just waiting to happen)I did the same electric work on a bigger house with K&T in 09 and it was 6k

back in the 60s  when life was so much easier.the corn sweeter the cheese at the farm out of this world.. and of course all the other great food out your way..

I'd be paying it back in like a year or soI want to be able to pay down the loan locally preferably at a local banks drive through window with like monthly or Bi-monthly payments ranging between 5 to 9k with a mixture checks and cash 

Maybe even a mixture of the two might be reasonable.
