Property manager stealing him blind ( this led him to have to fly from Portland to Memphis once a month to collect rents)5. he got just up to 80% then it started cratering with evictions and  trashed units in summary he got an offer for 500k and took and came back to Oregon with his tail between his legs lost 500k or about half of what I made him in ATL  LOL...

I guess I was blinded by making a "cash offer" that I wasn't looking at it for what it is.

I have talked to many people that are not aware of the changes at all...these are the people that will be blind sided with it next year and will be more likely to move.

The cheap way is to put blinds up on all windows, and screw in all old doors from the inside, or if the door are new, screw plywood in from the inside and get new framing at the end. 

If you are shopping blind they will recommend the best areas to look for and which you should avoid.

At the start of each month you are going to owe $XXX to  mortgage companies, My bank account is blind to which houses those payments are made on.

She wants to try and read a book or books before starting her classes to have some knowledge and not go into it blind and I want to help her as much as I possibly can. 

Also, do most rentals provide blinds or curtains?
