Also a concern is taking properties off the market while someone beats the bushes for a real buyer and then fails, you can address both those issues.As a licensee, I'd be concerned with partnerships with unlicensed parties doing assignments of contracts as a business venture.

Our state law defines, "A distressed home consultant as anyone who offers to help an owner of a personal residence stop or slow a foreclosure sale, purchases the home within 20 days of the foreclosure sale (unless the homeowner is represented by a licensee), or arranges for the homeowner to rent the home so the homeowner can remain in the home."
