I used a faucet as an example because that is an item that normally breaks down first and often observe customers walking down the fixture aisle at HD or Lowes looking for the least expensive option, whereas purchasing inexpensive tile or other cosmetic items won't necessarily cause maintenance issues although I would argue will cost you revenue (more on this below). 

One item I'd like to see them add is the ability to track mileage.  

The AI using NLP model can query the web and fetch lot of unstructured data and yielding the result, I was like surprised.

Include the rent for the 2 weeks along with an itemized list of other costs (eg if you had to clean). 

I’m less concerned about the small items, and I focus on where big costs surprises can come up (new sewer lines, breaker upgrades, galvanized piping, etc) so I can re-trade my offer appropriately.

Is item "Repairs and Maintenance Furnaces" just for the furnaces, or for ALL repairs?

Themed items may be a good idea but for the most part guests want a professional clean look.
