But if I ever want to turn off one of those, it's simple to go into the interface and adjust a particular guest's messages.  

But since a high number of prospective tenant leads come from Zillow, I can certainly see the benefit of allowing applications right in the same interface.

Have been using Avail for almost a year now and love it - specifically the fact that the user interface is easy to use for both landlord and tenant. 

I do like having Word, Excel and the email/contact interfacing perfectly with Outlook.

The user interface is clean, mobile friendly and it's pretty easy to use.

You need someone who can interface well with Bank Owned property.

The software is free for landlords and their user interface is very simple and intuitive to use.
