Looks like a really innovative way to approach legal services. 

I am in the camp that certain insurance products do provide a unique and innovative way to diversify your investments.

I have a renter whose 1 yr lease is up in Nov.

They have a reputable name, they are very innovative with the technology that is available to you, they have low monthly fees ($65/month in my office at least) and they offer a lot of training (online and in-person.)  

It's quite a battle trying to be the second company to do something, especially with these kinds of business, to make headway you either have to be the first with a major innovation or innovated and be attached to an already leading brand.

He is more of a traditional real estate investor so I have some innovative ideas to share that would add value to his investment business. 

But these are the type of innovations and inventions the world needs in order to get better.

@Jeff Copeland   our county sites here are not super accurate.. and we have both trustee sales and sherrifs sales.there is a product called property Radar  that tracks trustee sales in 3 or 4 states but they have a HUGE amount of other data on their site including google and non owner occ color coding.. its like 50 a month and boy is it one of the best I ever have used.I got a STRICT foreclosure here in Oregon in Nov. which non of the big foreclosure buyers were tracking and I credit prop radar for that one.. its has HUGE margins in it..

They are just always behind on technology an innovation and if it weren't for legacy clients who are also starting to ditch they would not even exist right now.
